You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any h55 service. h55 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed and funds returned in accordance with our procedures.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that using h55 is lawful in your location. h55 does not warrant that its services are legal in every jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan must independently confirm compliance with all applicable local laws before registering.
Each individual may hold only one h55 account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with any third party is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

"Platform" means the h55 website at h55.asia and all associated services, including the sportsbook, casino, and slots products. "Account" means a registered user account held on the h55 Platform. "Funds" means the PKR balance held in your h55 Account. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other promotional incentive offered by h55. "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification. "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is unlawful.
By creating an h55 Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the h55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all use of the h55 Platform including via mobile browser, any downloadable application (if applicable), and any future services offered by h55.
h55 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, h55 will notify registered users by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Use of the h55 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied:
h55 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction in Pakistan or elsewhere. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of h55 complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws. h55 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
To access real-money features of the h55 Platform, you must register an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You must notify h55 promptly of any changes to your registration information.
Each individual may hold only one h55 Account. The creation of duplicate Accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts. Balances held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited at h55's discretion. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. h55 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact h55 immediately via Live Chat or at [email protected].
KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. h55 may request identity documents, including a copy of your CNIC, at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.
All transactions on the h55 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h55 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20). h55 does not impose processing fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform from time to time. h55 reserves the right to impose maximum transaction limits. Withdrawal requests are processed in priority order. h55 will use reasonable endeavours to process withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Platform, but does not guarantee specific processing times.
h55 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. Any funds credited to your Account in error must be returned immediately upon demand.
All bets and wagers are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product as published on the h55 Platform. h55 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances constituting a manifest error. Settlement of bets is final once confirmed by the Platform. Disputes regarding the outcome of any sporting event or game result will be resolved by reference to the relevant official governing body or, in the case of casino and slot games, the certified RNG output.
h55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account where it suspects irregular betting patterns, match-fixing involvement, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the Platform or any sporting event.
h55 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users. The specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, are communicated at the time of the offer. These specific terms form part of and are incorporated into these Terms.
h55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and Account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h55 Platform:
h55 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All intellectual property rights in the h55 Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, game content, and all other materials, are owned by or licensed to h55. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without h55's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, network disruptions, or system outages beyond h55's reasonable control. h55's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". h55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
h55 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your Account settings at any time. h55 encourages all users to engage with these tools proactively.

You may close your h55 Account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations are pending.
h55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) h55 is required to do so by law or regulatory requirement; (c) continued operation of the Account presents a fraud or money laundering risk; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion. In the event of Account closure for breach, h55 may retain Funds as appropriate to satisfy any claims arising from the breach.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by h55's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents h55 from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
