• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, session duration, and pages visited.
• Usage Data: Betting and gaming activity, game preferences, login timestamps, and platform interaction patterns.
• Communications Data: Records of support interactions via Live Chat or email, including the content of those communications.
• Verification Documents: Copies of identity documents (such as CNIC) submitted for KYC purposes.

These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, access controls limiting internal data access to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis, encrypted storage of sensitive data at rest, regular security assessments and penetration testing, and two-factor authentication options for user accounts.

Notwithstanding these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. h55 cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal data. In the event of a data breach that poses a material risk to your rights, h55 will notify affected users in accordance with applicable obligations.

9.Data Retention

h55 retains personal data for as long as your Account is active and for a period thereafter as required to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy or to comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

• Account and transaction data is retained for a minimum of five years following Account closure, in compliance with AML record-keeping obligations.
• KYC documents are retained for the period required by applicable identity verification regulations.
• Support communications are retained for a period of two years following resolution of the relevant query.
• Technical and usage data is retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

If h55 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, that data will be deleted and the associated Account closed immediately. 12.International Data Transfers

h55's servers and some of its third-party service providers may be located outside Pakistan. By using the h55 Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred, stored, and processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan.
